Description
Thanks for the great app, guys, but how come that middle-clicking on tab header duplicates it? It definitely should be closing a tab, it's default Windows behavior and everyone is used for it.

Better Explorer is not designed to work with that.

We will have a configuration within Better Explorer itself to change what it will do.

The middle button that is, not BE.

I disagree with middle mouse click closing a tab. The tab already has a close button but it is handy to have a new tab with middle click and not having to navigate the ribbon to get new tab.

In the future, we will add a configuration for what middle clicking should do.

I have Fire Fox in front of me and middle-clicking a tab closes it. Same thing in IE, Chrome and Visual Studio. If this is made configurable, I strongly recommend making "close tab on middle-click" the default, as most people will expect that from a modern interface.

It would be good to have an option to choose what middle-clicking it does.

Well but in Firefox middle click opens new tab so is subjective!

I was not even aware middle-clicking it did anything at all... Lol.

We can set up an option for users to set what middle clicking a tab does. smileys/2.png
