Description
Hi,

In 2.5 version, file restore from Recycle Bin does not work in a non-English context, because the action verbs associated with files are language dependent.
E.g. in Frence, the restore action is "restaurer".

=> to solve the issue, you may create a new translation item in localization files for each action needed, then get this action name in mainwindow.xaml.cs and use it in the DoVerb calls.
Steps to reproduce this issue
Try to restore files previously sent to the recycle bin.
